Bianca Maria De Paolis, University of Turin, Italy

Bianca Maria De Paolis received her PhD in Linguistics (Sciences du langage) from the University of Genoa and the University of Paris 8 in 2024, and is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Turin. Her research focuses on phonetics and prosody, information structure, and cross-linguistic influence in second language acquisition, with a special focus on Italian and French. She has held visiting and research positions in France (Université Lyon 2, Université Paris 8) and Germany (University of Cologne), and is currently involved in several cross-linguistic projects in collaboration with academic partners in France, Germany, Catalonia, and Italy.
